Occupational Health Physiotherapy NGO

MTÜ Tööfüsioteraapia (Occupational Health Physiotherapy NGO) was established in 2014 for advance the field of occupational health physiotherapy in Estonia, and to provide occupational health physiotherapy services. We have been cooperating with companies across Estonia, working in a wide variety of sectors: from office employees to production and health care staff. Occupational health physiotherapy generates added value to companies, and helps keeping employees in good health. The range of our services includes, among others, the comprehensive occupational health service, which represents a systemic approach to health and active life of employees, incl. physiological risk factors, ergonomic work methods, and physical activity. A work environment is an excellent place for promoting healthy lifestyle of employees, because it offers a possibility of reaching many individuals at the same time.
